We specialize in ecommerce email marketing. However, we have worked with some info product businesses as well. So, if you are selling info products, we would be happy to work with you.
Before we onboard a client, we get on a Zoom call where we make sure we understand the client’s needs, goals and struggles. Then we determine whether or not we are a good fit for each other. If we are sure we can’t help the client, we are very open and transparent about it.
This isn’t a big deal. We are a performance-based agency. Clients pay us a small percentage of revenue we directly create for them through email marketing. This way we make sure clients get risk-free collaboration with us and they pay us if we deliver results for them.
Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. To make sure our offer is completely risk-free for our clients, we never sign long-term contracts with our clients. This means that clients can cancel the collaboration after the first month, or after any month (for whatever reason).
